It is scientifically proven that dieting can do more harm than good. So why the extra stress??? Healthy dieting is more than what you eat,  its how and when you eat. Experts agree that deprivation, constant calorie counting and eliminating entire food groups, can actually get in the way of weight loss. Its much more healthier and effective to take a positive approach to food than to restrict it entirely, but you have to have an eating plan…  Just eating regularly and properly within moderation can make you feel good and will show significant results. So watch out world here comes the new you!!!!!

Strategies for Healthy Dieting

When you ditch your diet no food is off limits. But! you will need strategies. Focus on quality food (i.e. green vegetables, Chicken, fresh oil, fresh fruit) especially at home. Save less healthy foods for going out and that way no one has to know your little secret. Trick your body mentally and physically with positive talk about your energy, power, strength and vitality which has all been shown to boost healthy weight lost. Avoid negative thoughts about your body and pay no attention to what others say, this can spark overeating. And one little trick I’ve learned is to always wear a belt, even under clothes, it serves as a natural gauge of your waist line and when you eat soup or salad before a meal you will consume less. Drink Plenty of herbal tea and water and watch them pounds roll off.
