As human beings, we are highly active in our daily lives with work, school, children etc. Which requires us to use a significant amount energy to complete our mission and tactics. A great amount of time we pick and choose the wrong fatty foods like fried chicken, tacos, in general fast foods to intake into our bodies that do not help provide the proper  nutrients we need for the day. The ending result is the fat transfers to the wrong places of our bodies, especially the belly! What simple things can we do to make the turn around and still have a beautiful curvy body figure?

Dairy is of course found in milk, yogurt, and cheese contains the protein whey that helps build lean muscles. Calcium also contains a flab fighter. Avocados are unsaturated fats that regulate fat causing hormones. Being high in potassium it actually helps maintain from bloating. Dark chocolate has a great level of antioxidants that cease fat cells from building trim the fatin the body. A study showed at Harvard that people who ate dark chocolate 3 times a month extended their lives by a whole year!
